Depending on the delivery method you choose, you will be given an estimated delivery time (standard, express, point relais).
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of our delivery service providers. In addition, during busy periods (sales, promotions, holidays, etc.), delivery times may be extended.

RETURN
You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to return it.

The present general conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation the entirety of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods and services offered by KAPSIKI TRADING COMPANY Ltd to the consumer.
Article 3: Accounts
When creating an account on our site, your information must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for the security of your password and the actions carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Article 7 : Payment methods
The consumer may choose from the methods of payment proposed on the order form. KAPSIKI TRADING COMPANY Ltd reserves the right to suspend an order in the event of payment problems.
Article 8 : Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left. KAPSIKI TRADING COMPANY Ltd is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by carriers.
Article 9 : Complaints
The consumer must make any complaint on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, via the Contact Us page.
Article 10: Withdrawal
The consumer has 14 days to return products that do not suit him/her. The return costs are at the customer's expense. Products must be returned to the following address:

Article 11: Product warranty
In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, the consumer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects. KAPSIKI TRADING COMPANT Ltd is not the producer of the products, and only the producer's liability may be sought in the event of damage.
Article 12 : Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable in the event of force majeure preventing the performance of its contractual obligations. The parties will consult each other to agree on the conditions of continuation of the contract.
Article 13 : Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may contact KAPSIKI TRADING COMPANY Ltd for an amicable solution, before taking any legal action.

Where is my order?
As soon as we've handed your parcel over to the carrier, we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number and parcel tracking link.
Has my payment been received?
You'll receive a payment confirmation by e-mail as soon as your payment has been processed by our system.
How do I return items?
Returns are at the customer's expense within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Place the intact, unworn and undamaged item you are returning in a bag or box (the original packaging if possible), together with the return slip, and seal the box with adhesive tape.
Stick the clearly visible return label on the bag or box. Then drop your package off at your local carrier. Always ask for a shipping receipt and keep it until you receive a return confirmation from us.
IMPORTANT: In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service department before returning the item.
Exchanges and size changes can be processed by email.
In the event of a complaint or return of an item, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible.
Is it possible to exchange one item for another?
It is possible to exchange one item for another, subject to availability. Contact us by e-mail to find out how. You will need to return the item to be exchanged at your own expense. Once the item has been returned, we will send you the new item (at our expense).
When and how will I be reimbursed?
If your payment was made by credit card or PayPal, the amount of the returned items will be automatically refunded, no later than 14 days after our logistics center has processed or recorded (not received!) your return.
Please note: your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt in our logistics center. Refunds will then be made within 14 days at the latest.
How can I cancel my order?
To ensure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible, it will be transmitted to our distribution center and processed immediately after validation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel your order at a later date. However, if you contact us the same day by e-mail, we can always find a solution.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are applied by our service provider according to the destination and carrier chosen. You will be offered several options at the time of purchase.
Do I have to pay for the return of my order?
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. It is therefore important to be sure of your purchase (size, color, model, etc.).
Passionate about sneakers, we used to import clothes and shoes from our trips to New York to resell to friends, then distribute a few pairs to sneaker stores in Paris. So we established a solid network of buyers and sellers across Europe.
Since 2023, we've been offering our products online and to private customers. Our aim is to offer products at very reasonable prices.
